Now, I don’t know about you, but I really struggled fighting the bandit leader in Kingdom Come Deliverance. After watching four different videos telling me the best way to kill him. I was still no closer to my goal. The fight beforehand had left me with little health, I was bleeding way before the bandit leader saw me follow him up the ladder, so having a long drawn out fight was out of the question. Fortunately, I’ve done all of the hard work so that you can easily beat the bandit leader in Kingdom Come Deliverance.

Yeah, the title of this topic is exactly what I'm thinking. I get it, yeah, he's a boss, he's supposed to be hard to beat. And I totally get it if I slip up and make a mistake so that he is able to quickly parry and strike back, so long as I have a slim chance to right my wrong in order to avoid the retalitory hit. Hitting him should be hard!
How to easily beat the bandit leader in Kingdom Come Deliverance
Using a bow will put a quick end to the bandit leader. The most efficient way is 1-2 shots in the face. You can also do 6-8 shots in the chest.

Videos would suggest feinting and then tricking him with a combo. It was no good, he would throw me around if I got too close, and he’d block every attack.
Other videos suggested I go for the head, this seemed to make the most sense as he wasn’t wearing a helmet. Again, it was no good. He would block every attack, even if I would feint first.
The Solution
Kingdom Come Deliverance Kill The 2 Bandits
After playing around with a few things, I found an excellent strategy that nobody seems to be talking about.
- At the beginning when he starts to run at you, sprint past him while drawing your bow.
- Once you get to the end of the room, pull back an arrow and hit him (use blu tack on your tv so you can hit him every time.)
- He will stagger back, you have two options, hit him again, or, if he’s too close, sprint to the other end of the room.
- Repeat this process until the bald bandit slumps over, you’ll be rewarded with a cool cutscene of Henry doing some wizardry with a sword, if only we were that good.

For this Side Quest of the Kingdom Come: Deliverance Guide, you will have to rescue a young girl from the baths who was kidnapped by bandits. You begin this quest during the “All That Glisters” main quest (picture1). Florian gives you the location of the hideout of the bandits who hold Esther (picture2). The camp is guarded by four bandits, so it is better to go there at night to sneak quietly into the house where Esther is held. The door is locked but the lock is very easy to pick (picture3).
If you want, you can also attack the bandits or kill them discreetly with a dagger (picture4). Each bandit has a key of the hut where Esther is held prisoner, so you can avoid lockpicking (picture5).

In both cases, talk to the young woman inside the hut and suggest to take her home to Sasau for a quick travel to the city (picture6). If you did not kill all the bandits and do not escort Esther, she can be caught again. Once in Sasau, visit Florian at the bakery and tell him the good news (picture7). You can ask him to give you a reward for your efforts, and you’ll have 375 Groschens. You can then talk with him about the fake money in order to continue the “All That Glisters” main quest.
